Visited AIIMS 3 times and without any reference. As a patient I found it a really crowded place and also it takes time to see a doctor. If you do not know the process, it may take the whole day.
It’s not easy to get the appointment here, as we do get in any other hospital.
Always take somebody with you who can actually run around and follow up and also take care of you.
AIIMS don’t believe in tests that are done outside AIIMS. So be prepared for 1 more round of testing.

Patient went in OT at 3 PM and after 3 hours at 6 PM Dr. Surrender Nath Khanna, came out and said surgery was successful no complications no event. you can meet after half an hour and then the guard called us and we met him he was conscious.
And we all have one question how he has done the CABG within 3 hours? Which generally take 6 to 7 hours.
And then in next day at 7 AM I got a call from recovery 2 and he said Dr.Surrender Nath Khanna
is calling you we have to take the patient in OT again. I reached in 7 minutes in recovery 2 but my patient was not there he was already in OT, they asked for sign I said I don’t sign tell me the reason first, they said your patient is in OT Dr will tell you the reason, if you don’t sign OT procedure will stop
then I signed.
And then after 3 hours at 9 AM Surrender Nath Khanna called us in OT area and said I was having some doubts that’s why we took him in OT he is fine nothing is complicated, we asked why did you open the heart again? What makes you to open the heart again? When you open again what is your finding?
He said he was having some doubts that’s why he opened the heart and he didn’t find anything.
Is this a justifiable? We did not get the answer yet why he has open the heart again and also he did not mentioned the reason in patient care file.
He made critical errors(one surgery in 2 days)that put the health of a patient at risk and he did not survive.
This level of negligence is unacceptable from a healthcare professional at Fortis.
We urge you to take immediate action to ensure patient safety.
We request that Dr. Surrender Nath Khanna should not perform the surgery as this is a risk for patients. His other patient was also very critical.
We believe this is a serious matter and expect a swift response to address our concerns.
We are confident that Fortis Healthcare values patient safety and will take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future if this is not resolved.

assigned a single room that did not get vacated till late night as the existing incumbent’s billing did not get completed. We had to wait for 3 hours after vacating as well for the room to be cleaned. They did not have any other room available across the hospital..we were forced to keep the patient in the CCU. There were no nurses available at the nursing stations at night. All patients were frustrated. With very skeletal staff after 5 pm most of the nurses, housekeeping staff, administrative staff were frustrated with the workload and it affected the patients and attendants. The TPA desk staff was inefficient as they did not respond to the TPA queries properly leading to multiple rejections. The single room was basic though the tariff was equivalent to a five star hotel at INR 18700. Overall an overpriced, overhyped hospital. I only went there because of the doctor, otherwise would not recommend it to anyone.

s suffering from diarrhoea and of the doctors suggested that we admit her to ICU which has a per day price ‘ 50,000 INR’ after Government panel discount. If we don’t do this, my mother won’t be able to make it. All the nurses, even the cleaning staff tried to scare us. I convinced the doctor to give necessary treatment at that point because I knew my mom is going to be fine, then only they looked after her. Otherwise, they just wanted to make money out of us and I could see and understand that the whole hospital is involved in such scam. The nurses are amateurs, irresponsible, and unskilled. Lack of professionalism can be seen even in the doctors. At that point no doctor was available immediately in the Emergency ward. You can see in the images, I have posted that even the blood is dripping backwards from the drop and a lot of blood was on floor too. Such blunders happen in Moolchand hospital often.

I am asthmatic and had several other issues, I was suggested to be admitted by Dr. Puneet Khanna, who is one of the best pulmonologists in India. He is a very nice doctor, who listens to patients carefully and explains everything very calmly. Sapna ma’am as her supporting staff was also very kind to me, kept me calm, and explained all the procedure as I was alone.
My stay at hospital was also very comfortable. It didn’t feel like a hospital, they provide excellent services. The hospital is kept very clean, the food was also very nice. Everyone including doctors, TPA department, nurses, floor manager, porters, maintenance and other supporting staff was quick and polite. The hospital doesn’t charge you unnecessarily and also provides a smooth and swifty procedure for using your insurance. and frustrated. From start to finish, I encountered a series of deceitful practices orchestrated by Dr. Anmol Ahuja, his team, and the hospital staff.
Upon seeking OPD care, I was initially referred to Dr. Rishi Parashar, only to be redirected unnecessarily to Dr. Anmol Ahuja. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic was just the beginning of a disturbing pattern of deception.
The most egregious offense came in the form of inflated insurance claims. The hospital and Dr. Ahuja exploited the insurance system by billing six times the actual amount for services rendered. To add insult to injury, when my insurance claim was inevitably denied due to these fraudulent charges, I was extorted for an additional ₹9000 in cash. This demand for extra payment, supposedly to cover fictitious expenses such as room rent charges for services not even utilized, epitomizes the unscrupulous nature of their operations.
It is evident that Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, under the direction of Dr. Anmol Ahuja, engages in systematic fraud and exploitation of patients. My experience serves as a cautionary tale to others considering treatment at this institution. Beware of falling victim to their scams and demand transparency and accountability in your healthcare journey.

4. It took almost three months to find such a hospital. Meanwhile, we contacted BLK Hospital, Ayushman Hospital, Akash Hospital etc. and also inquired with RGS and Max.
5. Although we got dates for the operation in two hospitals, it could not happen due to lack of confidence.
6. We contacted Venkateshwara Hospital, Dwarka in this regard. We took an appointment there and finally reached Dr. Ashish Pitale.
7. Dr. Ashish Pitale, after seeing all the pathology reports, gave some basic information of the operation and wrote some tests and asked us to come with the report. At the time of discussion/questioning, Dr. Pitale’s long experience of laparoscopy was clearly visible on his face and body language and this not only impressed us but also gave us confidence (which we lacked elsewhere).
8. Dr. Ashish Pitale is very polite and articulate while seeing his patients. His associate doctor (name not known) is also very helpful and nice in nature.
9. After consultation, Dr. Pitale suggested to go for PAC and then asked us to fix a day for cholecystectomy and come on time.
10. Finally, the day came, we went to the hospital and by the evening the cholecystectomy was successfully performed by Dr. Pitale and his team.
11. Dr. Pitale met her (wife) after the operation and informed her about the success of the operation and about transferring her to the ward for further observation. Dr. Pitale visited there also and informed about discharge by evening.
12. Dr. Pitale advised to come after five days for further checkup.
