o. I had a previous terrifying experience with another dentist before seeing her.
A good friend referred me to Dr. Williams and I’m happy that I listened. Dr. Williams is sensitive to her patient’s needs. Upon having my first procedure with her 24 years ago. The atmosphere was set. I was given the dark eye glasses to help reduce the light as I listened to my favorite jazz station. She performed laser gum surgery. A condition that I wasn’t aware of having (amongst other things) after going to my previous dentist regularly for years.
Getting back to Dr. Williams, fast forward 24 years later, my recent procedure of removing an aging baby tooth and creating a bridge. I was met with the same friendly and generous hospitality as I had first experienced. I wasn’t nervous. I was very comfortable sitting in her chair. She proceeded with her work and when I felt a slight discomfort, she eradicated it immediately.
I see her staff for cleaning regularly. They always answer the phone with “how may I brighten your smile?”. Boy! That is pleasant to hear when you are having a tough day. ”
