There is nothing extraordinary about the staff or care but they are extraordinarily expensive. Charged high for tests and even the basic things like gloves n injection n bedsheet used were charged. Even charged hourly for bed that we were even checking time again and again if its above the two hours mark because they said after that the bed charges will double
Even the time taken for discharge was unnecessarily more. They are trying to charge and make profits without any reason.
The billing staff started asking me during discharge to get the patient admitted for complete care to which i denied as i knew they just wanted to make more money.
I admitted the patient to a hospital in my hometown after that and its too good and has reasonable cost.
Will not recommend Paras to anyone in future as they are costly without any reason.

At 3, when i enquired at TPA desk, they said to contact the doc, as they have not received discharge documents. Doc said to contact floor manager. Floor manager being too busy to respond and very insensible, at 4:15 went to get the discharge documents signed. Entire day had passed but they have no mutual communication or they did it deliberately in order to make bill longer. Now at 5, TPA desk says, we cannot discharge you today as bill and documents are not ready. At 6 TPA desk closes, so we will only be able to discharge you tomorrow. It is still an entire hour left to close their so called desk but they cannot do it. It’s such bad experience that not me nor any of my known shall visit this hospital.

The attending physician, Dr. Mohit, instructed the floor manager, Mr. Gaurav, to transfer my brother to a regular ward post-surgery, but the transfer never occurred. We asked the entire staff, including the floor manager, several times for a transfer, but no one listened. This unnecessary delay in transferring my relative caused him undue discomfort and anxiety.
Furthermore, the hospital staff’s response to my relative’s vomiting was inadequate. No one from the staff attended to him, and it was left to his mother to clean up the mess. This lack of attention to patient needs is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hospital’s standards of care.
Overall experience at Park Hospital Sector 45 Gurgaon has been disappointing. While Dr. Mohit was very caring, patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to meet the needs of his patients.

We want discharge soon as per condition n response, but consultant Dr. advised(So called experienced Doctor Dr. Gul), to keep her admitted. So we do the same. But we never have any idea that its a tact to loot the money n nothing else, she was not loyal to her duty and dammed professional, never come to see patient(even we visited her cabin to come)in between apart from scheduled round. Nurses staff outside HDU were fully nonsense, having zero knowledge (how to deal with attendant and patient too), they always argue with the attendants and just were doing their duty as formality,. Guard outside ICU were very rough as per behaviour. We suffer alot there, but just because of our mother, we tolerate each and everything, hoping our mother will be better soon but am crying to tell that my mother passed away.
